Bill has two children, Cody and Steven, and two dogs, River and Hank. He has worked thirty years as a builder and real estate developer. He has had his real estate license since 1996, and his brokers license since 2018. Bill got into real estate because it went hand in hand with development and building. He has sold multimillions worth of real estate since becoming an agent. Bill’s personal interests include: Cars, water sports, the ocean, traveling, and his job. His favorite quote is, “Ignorance times two does not equal genius.”
